Q. How much does it cost?
A. Before you pay you will be told the total amount that is due for the top up you are sending and also details of any other charges. These charges will include ones from our bank, the card companies and our secure online payment processing company.

Q. Why am I charged a secure online processing fee?
A. This represents part of the charges which we must pay in order to process your card as safely and securely as possible online.

Q. How quickly does the top up get to the phone?
A. Within seconds.

Q. Can I use my own UK credit card, or do I need a credit card issued in the same country as my SIM card? What are the payment options?
A. You can use your own UK credit card. You can currently use VISA credit cards, VISA debit cards, VISA Electron cards, VISA Delta cards, MasterCard debit cards, MasterCard credit cards and Maestro debit cards. You can also use PayPal for most services and in future we will be adding more payment options.

Q. What can I do if I sent the top up to the wrong number by accident?
A. All transactions are final. Once the top up is sent to a phone number, it is available for use immediately; hence it cannot be refunded or removed from the phone again. Please always double check the number you enter.

Q. Does the recipient know who the top up is from?
A. The recipient is notified that they have received top up for all transactions. For almost all countries you have the option to enter a personal message where you can send a special message to the person at the same time. They will not know who has sent it unless you inform them.

Q. How can I contact customer service?
A. Your mobile top up recharge will be processed by Ezetop. You can contact Ezetop by email at customercare@ezetop.com.

If you need to make a phone call to someone in another country and you are not quite sure how to dial the number, then the Mootel international dialing codes list should help you not only in finding the correct dialing code but also ensuring you pay as little as possible for the international call.

To make an international calls from the UK you need to dial 00 + the prefix of the country that you intend to dial.

For Example: the dialing code for USA is 1, so you need to dial 00+1 + the number. If the number you are dialling begins with 0 then you must drop the 0.
